At CCA we know that we can’t achieve our mission to improve the health and well-being of people with the most significant needs without strong and productive partnerships with our provider network. And that’s why it’s critically important to us that we get it right when it comes to working with you. Put simply, we can’t do it without you.
In January, we welcomed Erik Helms as our new Senior Vice President of Provider Contracting and Performance. Erik is a driven healthcare executive with a successful track record on both the plan and provider side. He joins CCA from his most recent role as SVP and Chief Payor Performance Officer at Novant Health, Inc, a leading North Carolina-based health system. Erik has also led multi-disciplinary teams at organizations across the healthcare industry, including several health plans in Michigan, as well as Centene and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
With Erik’s deep healthcare knowledge and provider network experience, we are looking forward to his capable leadership as we elevate CCA’s provider engagement program and invest in our provider infrastructure.
